DIET FOR EVERYBODY

( THE MASTER)

Early morning

· Lemon with warm water
· Anwla water
· Warm water with one piece garlic (if gastric problem)

Break fast

· Sprout (Soya bin, mung, black gram) with lemon / honey
· Egg white with brown bread toast
· Bottle guard juice and one cup papaya
· Wheat daliya with skim milk/ green veg
· 1chapati with green vegetable & salad
· 150 ml soya milk with toast
· Orange juice, two egg white omelette filled with vegetables.
· Grape fruit juice(80 ml) , fresh strawberries with skim milk
· Orange juice/ grape fruit juice, oat meal


Before lunch

· ½ ltr warm water
· Clear soup

Lunch

· 1 whole wheat bread with green vegetable, lettuce and tomato
· Chicken or fish (80gm), brown rice / 1 whole wheat bread, tomato
· Roosted chicken, whole grain bread with lettuce and tomato
· Whole grain toast, lettuce, green vegetable
· Fish with salad or vegetable soup
· Toast, pear, 75 ml tomato juice
· Green beans with whole grain bread and tomato
· Brown rice, pulse with green vegetable and salad
Green vegetable wholegrain bread and yogurt
Sandwich of cheese, lettuce, tomato and cucumber

Snack

· Apple
· Orange
· Tomato juice
· Boiled vegetable
· Spinach juice
· Green herbal tea
· Oat biscuit
· One dozen grapes
· One dozen almonds
· Fresh peach
· Kiwi fruit and a half dozen nuts



Dinner

· Green vegetable, 1 slice whole wheat bread
· Green beans, 1 slice whole wheat bread and yogurt
· Broccoli with brown rice and tomato soup
· 75 grams grilled or backed chicken, brown rice
· 2 egg white omelette with vegetable
· Whole wheat pasta with vegetable (more vegetable less pasta)



DESSERT

· Two thin slice of cheese
· One dozen almond
